New publications: Digital media and audiences on economic strains

CNSC researcher Juan Linares coauthors two recently published papers. On the one hand, the article titled “Inequality in times of pandemics: How online media are starting to treat the economic consequences of the coronavirus crisis,” was published in the JCR ranked and open access journal El Profesional de la Información. On the other, the chapter titled “The crisis, the people and the media: How digital public opinion debates on economic inequality,” features in the book Active audiences: Empowering citizens’ discourse in the hybrid media system, published by McGraw Hill.
