Since a few decades ago, our relationship with digital data has become increasingly intimate and, at the same time, problematic. To what extent can thinking of data as a second body help us to articulate more desirable and emancipatory relationships with it? With this introduction, researcher Alejandra López Gabrielidis of the CNSC/Tecnopolítica group introduces us to the recent post published in El Salto’s Atenea Cyborg Blog entitled Datification and digital corporeality: Are data a new body?
